WLC – Weight Lifting Class
The WLC – Weight Lifting Class is semi-Private and limited to 12 members for the 3 month periodization training. WLC members can expect significant strength gains and mastery of the 3 Power Lifts. Strict coaching in every workout insures lifting is safe and purposeful. Strength measurements are recorded at the beginning and at the end of the 3 months. Nutrition recommendations are also included during training.
